Mechanical dewatering package
Define the sludge feed pump, JY polymer preparation and dosing, LW centrifuge, cake conveyor and control interfaces together. Include the centrate return route and every supply boundary.
SDDR downstream drying
Low-temperature drying addresses water remaining after mechanical dewatering. Thermal duty depends on inlet and outlet solids content and evaporation demand; it is not a substitute for sizing the centrifuge correctly.
One agreed design basis
Specify minimum, normal and maximum conditions, utilities, installation interfaces, maintenance access and acceptance criteria. A complete package is only as clear as its documented scope.
