PROCESS DIFFERENCES

What makes this category different?

01

Peeling: GK / GKH / GKF

GK provides a horizontal peeler arrangement. GKH adds a siphon liquid-removal system. GKF is positioned for demanding process and cleaning requirements. These names do not imply identical filtration performance.

02

Cloth inversion: FW

FW turns the filter cloth to discharge the cake. It is a different cake-release concept from a scraper; trials should examine retained product, discharge reliability and cloth life.

03

Pushing: HR

HR uses a continuous two-stage pusher arrangement for suitable free-draining crystalline solids. It should not be treated as a batch peeler with a different housing.

SeriesTechnologyStart with the separation duty.
GK Horizontal peeler centrifugeBulk chemicals and other filterable solids requiring repeatable washing and cake discharge.
GKH Siphon peeler centrifugeStarch and crystalline products where effective cake washing and final dewatering are central selection criteria.
GKF Pharmaceutical peeler centrifugeAPIs, intermediates and other products requiring defined cleaning, segregation and containment strategies.
FW Inverting filter centrifugeHigh-value or damage-sensitive solids; processes where residual cake and discharge behaviour are key concerns.
HR Pusher centrifugeFree-draining crystalline solids such as selected salt and fertilizer duties, subject to particle-size and filtration testing.

Catalogue reference data. Final configuration, capacity and performance depend on the material and agreed operating conditions.

APPLICATION FIT

Shortlist with a clear process basis.

Compare GK, GKH, GKF and FW for batch filtration duties. Evaluate HR for suitable continuous crystal dewatering; feed consistency and particle behaviour are central.

Discuss your process
01

Is the solids product fragile, sticky, compressible or free-draining?

02

Is cake washing more important than a single moisture figure?

03

Does the upstream process call for batch isolation or continuous feed?

04

What access, cleaning and containment provisions are required between campaigns?
