Working principle
The feed enters a rotating bowl. Denser solids settle toward the bowl wall while a scroll rotating at a small differential speed conveys them toward the conical discharge. Clarified liquid leaves through the selected liquid-discharge arrangement. Bowl speed, pond depth, feed rate and differential speed affect performance together.
Selection boundaries
Select by dry-solids loading as well as liquid flow. Three-phase separation requires two separable liquid phases and a defined density ordering; it does not automatically resolve stable emulsions. Wear, corrosion and torque can limit performance before hydraulic capacity is reached.

Questions before quotation
What determines the final capacity?
Feed properties, the required product quality and the complete operating cycle or continuous operating window. Catalogue dimensions and rated values do not replace a representative material test.
Can this be supplied as a complete system?
The scope can be discussed around feed handling, separation, washing where applicable, discharge and controls. The quotation should identify every included item and each buyer-supplied interface.
Are special materials and safety configurations standard?
They must be specified for the material, site and selected model. Ask for the exact contact materials, seals, electrical requirements and supporting documents in the proposal.

What should the trial establish?
Agree the feed envelope, product target and complete equipment boundary. Compare alternatives if the material does not suit this principle.
