Working principle
Conditioned sludge is pumped to the centrifuge with controlled polymer addition. Separation produces a cake stream and a centrate stream. Conveyors transfer cake downstream while controls coordinate feed, polymer make-down, dosing, drives and protective functions. A screw press may be considered as a separate alternative after a duty review.
Selection boundaries
Sludge origin and conditioning strongly affect performance. Hydraulic flow alone is insufficient for sizing. Specify feed variability, active-polymer dosage, capture, cake dry solids, cleaning water and downstream disposal constraints.

What determines the final capacity?
Feed properties, the required product quality and the complete operating cycle or continuous operating window. Catalogue dimensions and rated values do not replace a representative material test.
Can this be supplied as a complete system?
The scope can be discussed around feed handling, separation, washing where applicable, discharge and controls. The quotation should identify every included item and each buyer-supplied interface.
Are special materials and safety configurations standard?
They must be specified for the material, site and selected model. Ask for the exact contact materials, seals, electrical requirements and supporting documents in the proposal.
