Process performance
How viscosity and temperature change separation
Liquid viscosity influences how readily liquid drains through a cake and how particles move during sedimentation.

A basket-based arrangement for soaking extraction followed by solid-liquid separation, with a catalogue low-temperature design option.

Extraction
Approved botanical and other extraction processes requiring controlled contact between solids and extraction liquid.
The process combines soaking or extraction with centrifugal removal of liquid from the solids held in the filter bag. Temperature, residence time, solvent properties and liquid-to-solid ratio influence extraction. The catalogue describes a −40°C design option; the complete operating envelope must be agreed for the actual solvent and configuration.
Solvent selection, vapor handling, electrical classification, seals and low-temperature materials require a project-specific assessment. The machine is not automatically suitable for every solvent, pressure or temperature combination.

Discuss your process
Feed properties, the required product quality and the complete operating cycle or continuous operating window. Catalogue dimensions and rated values do not replace a representative material test.
The scope can be discussed around feed handling, separation, washing where applicable, discharge and controls. The quotation should identify every included item and each buyer-supplied interface.
They must be specified for the material, site and selected model. Ask for the exact contact materials, seals, electrical requirements and supporting documents in the proposal.
CONFIRM THE PROCESS FIT
Agree the feed envelope, product target and complete equipment boundary. Compare alternatives if the material does not suit this principle.
